        Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza love their new house as they have expanded their family and think its fair for everyone to have their own room instead of sharing. But finding a house that is structured well enough to accommodate the family in an exceptional neighborhood, with the help of their new realtor, their family can now expand fairly. They didn’t have an easy ride when buying this new 2 story, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathe, 3 door garage house with a decent front yard that Mrs. Mendoza loves. This wouldn’t have been possible if she didn’t consult with her new real estate agent that was advised to her by a friendly employee. Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza are fortunate to have found a new house that is close to the convenient store, a shopping mall, and most importantly, close to the hospital that Mrs. Mendoza works at. But Mrs. Mendoza wasn’t just thinking of how far her job would be from her new house, she wanted to make sure that her children went to a safe and close school. The process toward buying a new house for Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza took them just a month, but they are happy with the results of their new house.
        Living in their old 1 story, 3 bedrooms, 1 garage door house with 4 children of their own, Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza knew that it was time to move out and move onto a bigger and better house. Mrs. Mendoza always wanted to live in a 2 story house, but had to make sure that the house was near where she works. One day, in her office, she was thinking out loud to herself about how she would find a real estate agent who they can trust. She wanted someone loyal and honest to help her husband and herself find a good, safe 2 story house without any fuss about the location. One of her staff employees overheard Mrs. Mendoza and decided to tell Mrs. Mendoza about her brother who works as a real estate agent. The staff employee told Mrs. Mendoza about how loyal her brother is in finding that unique house for his client and how good of a rate he has. Mrs. Mendoza was appreciative by the staff employee’s interruption and decided to give the staff employee’s brother a try so she asked nicely for a phone number and for the best times that she can reach him at. After the staff employee gave Mrs. Mendoza her brother’s phone number, Mrs. Mendoza decided to call her husband to tell him the good news. When she called her husband, she wanted him to give the staff employee’s brother a call to set up a schedule appointment so then they can get their dream house on the way. Mr. Mendoza then called the real estate agent after he hung up with his wife and was surprised to hear a young gentleman’s voice pick up so quickly. Mr. Mendoza then explained what they wanted and the real estate agent told them that the real estate will do all the paperwork, credit checks, and find them a perfect home within a few days and that he would give Mr. Mendoza a call if something came up. Within a day, the real estate agent called Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza to tell them the good news about their credit check and also that there is a 2 story home available close to Mrs. Mendoza’s work and close to school.
        When Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza heard about the new house, they decided to take a drive with the real estate agent to view the house of their dreams. When they arrived to the house that the real estate found, they were all impressed at how big and how beautiful the outside of the house looked. When they went inside the house, they noticed 5 bedrooms, 2 bathes, a double living room, a combined kitchen with a diner room, and a 3 door garage. The rooms are something that Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza were looking closely at as they wanted the wallpaper of each room to be different for each of their kids. In the master bedroom, it was combined with a closet for their cloths and combined with a beautiful master bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that are close to each other and are colored girl type colors. One of the rooms held a nice pink with a fan on the ceiling and in the other room held a dark purple color that also has a fan on the ceiling. On the bottom floor, the other 2 bedrooms were held for the boys that they have. Once of the rooms has a baseball type wallpaper on it, painted with a light blue and the other room has a football wallpaper with a white coloring. This is definitely perfect for the boys to stay and they both like those two types of sports so there didn’t need to be any changes within those two rooms. The backyard is decent enough to either build a pool for the summer or to either take care of it with decorative things that would make the backyard look more alive. For the front yard, laid out in front of the entrance to the house are flower beds of roses and lilies that made the front look more beautiful and more alive. Both Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza were impressed and wanted to discuss with each other on if they should buy the house or keep looking.
        After Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza left the house that they just looked at, they decided to look around to see if the neighborhood was safe for their kids. They both drove around and saw a few neighborhood neighbors working on their lawns and homes so they decided to stop by and say hello along with a few questions of their own. When Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza stopped to talk with a few of the neighbors, they noticed how nice they are and they discussed on what locations were close by this residential area. They found a park within walking distance, a mall within 5 minutes driving distance, convenient stores, an elementary school and a high school close by the residence. This seemed like a dream come true as everything was beautiful and everything is close by to the new house. When Mrs. Mendoza got to their old house, she decided to look on the internet to see what else was close by that residential area. When she was searching on the internet, she found that the residential area rated 9 out of 10 from different popular building companies. She didn’t only find the rating of the residential area, she also found that the house that they may buy is close to a police headquarters and is also near a fire station. This made Mrs. Mendoza even more interested in buying the house as it seemed like the safest place to be for the time that they live in the new house. She discussed all the positive things about the new house and the area and then she posted the negative things about the house to her husband. With this discussing coming to a close, they decided to call the real estate and buy the new house so that they can be in a safer place and so that they can live closer to important things.
        With the purchase of their new home, they are extremely excited that they wanted to throw a welcoming party for the neighbors so then they can get to know them better. The kids are happy that they get their own rooms and that possibly, the backyard will get a pool. Mrs. Mendoza enjoys coming home to eat lunch with her husband as she is now close by to their new house. Mr. Mendoza stays at home and he enjoys the walks to the park and how beautiful the whole neighborhood is. The front yard is always maintained by Mr. Mendoza and the same with the upkeep of the house. The whole Mendoza family are happy with the structure of the house along with the neighborhood that they live in and are very appreciative toward their new realtor.
